    Private working group setup

	    * only subscribers can post
	    * private archives
	    * controlled subscription



  The first and the last MAY be the same IF settings are tweaked in PUBLIC. That
is what it looks like. But from the start, it looks like the Private group is
not visible to the rest of the world.  Let's see if this works.
